Privacy Policy

The form at /contact/ asks for the type of work you need help with, your name, company, work email, a project summary, and optionally the languages or locales and expected volume involved. Information submitted through this form is used only to review and respond to your inquiry.

iVelopment has not yet finalized the specific service used to process contact-form submissions. This policy will be updated to name that processor once it is selected, before the form is put into live use.

iVelopment manages its network of linguists, AI evaluators, annotators, data contributors, voice talent, and other specialists through a third-party vendor management platform, Protemos. The "Join our specialist network" path on our Careers andContact pages leads to a branded handoff page (/careers/apply/) and then to Protemos's own vendor application form in a new tab.

Professional information, experience, language or domain expertise, and any supporting documents you submit on that form are submitted directly to Protemos and are not collected or stored by ivelopment.com itself. Protemos's handling of that information is governed by Protemos, not by this policy.

ivelopment.com does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies, and does not run any tracking scripts. As with most websites, our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

This site links to iVelopment's profiles on Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and to the external Protemos vendor portal described above. These destinations are operated by third parties under their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

iVelopment does not sell personal information. Contact-form inquiries are used only to respond to the inquiry, as described above. A formal data-retention schedule for contact-form submissions has not yet been established; this policy will be updated once one is defined.
